3. What is the application of your gearbox and differential?

Our products are on construction machinery and agricultural machinery spare parts.

4. Can you produce custom products?

Yes, we mainly make customized products according to customers' drawings or samples.

5. How to guarantee the quality of your products?

Our products (TKS branded ones) are covered by TKS warranty. Our warranty period will vary from 3 to 6 months for material type (part type). However, we are not responsible for installation and use errors (in your country).

However, as everywhere, assembly errors and malfunctions caused by usage errors are not covered by the warranty. Your feedback about material type, quality, manufacturing defects or wrong products is very valuable to us.

6. What is the payment term?

When we quote for you, you can specify the transaction way, FOB, CIF, CNF, EXW etc. We will confirm with you. We work via Bank Transfer. We plan to be with you as soon as possible with our B2B system. Stay tuned.

7. How to deliver to us?

Usually we ship the goods by DHL, TNT, UPS, INTERLINE. Of course, if you have other requirements, other delivery methods are acceptable. We can negotiate with all shipping companies. Finally, we send you the bill of landing information.
